UPDATES: Book 2 of the Blue Eyes Trilogy

The question I have been getting now is, when is book 2 coming out? I’ve been working on book 2 since book 1 was with the editor. I finished the first draft in less than a month and have been rewriting and editing since. I’d love to release it tomorrow, but it is a process and takes time. I want to give the best product I can, so it will be a little wait. I am hoping for a June release date after it goes to the editor in May. This book was a very easy read and kept clicking along nicely. Nothing was too hard to follow or distracting. The writing style was nice and easy read. I found myself easily drawn into the tale and wanting to continue to read. I found some of the story overdone- some things in YA seem a bit cliché by now: moving to a new town…mean clique girl cheerleaders… guys so handsome the protag drools over them…not one but two good looking guys….. this book...

We finally get some more answers.  While I felt like the first book wrapped things up very well and left the reader without any major questions, (beyond the cliffhanger) this book showed that there was so much left unsaid.
